Damage:
It is your responsibility to open the box and inspect the Walk in Bathtub for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If any visible damage is found , you should write it down on the delivery receipt.
Any damage must be reported to Step in Tub within 7 days of delivery. Please take 2 photos of the damage and email it to (morty5@cox.net) . No loss or damage claims will be accepted 8 days after the delivery.
Defective Item Refunds & Exchanges:
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by Step in Tub.
Defective returns or exchanges must be claimed within 30 calendar days of delivery. For assistance please call 866-525-5631.
All returns and exchanges must be in the original packaging. Otherwise a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty:
The warranty begins on the date of delivery and extends to the original purchaser only. There is a life time guarantee on the water -tightness of the bath tub door seal. If there is ever a problem with the door seal, we will replace it at no charge.
The bathtub itself is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects for 10 years.
This warranty does not cover any Walk in Tub that has been subject to misuse,
altered or modified in any way, or not installed according to the proper installation methods specified in the operating manuel.
Shipping & Handling:
The Walk in Tub is shipped from Anaheim Ca. You can pick it up free of charge from our warehouse. We have a flat rate shipping charge to any of the continental
48 states for $125. This does not include a lift gate truck. The Walk in Tub is shipped on a pallet. It weighs 100lbs. When the truck arrives at your residence the tub can be removed from the pallet and put on the ground. If you require a lift gate truck you must specify that on your order. There is an additional $75 charge for a lift gate. Please remember to open the box and check for any damages before signing the delivery receipt. If there is any damage it must be marked on the delivery receipt. |
